The project is to find the optimal location among numerous combinations. My algorithm is brute-force search. I 'd like to solve this problem using one of the genetic algorithm (GA), ant colony optimization (ACO), particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) etc I attached the related files.

I have worked with many heuristic search algorithms including EAs, GAs, PSO, SA and GSA. I also used NSGA-II and Branch & Bound for multiobjective optimization and generation of Pareto fronts in my MSc. I believe I can be able to solve your problem in about 3 to 5 days after understanding the parameters in your cost function.
