Child Beginner Algebra Tutor

I need a patient, engaging tutor to introduce my under-12 child to beginner-level algebra. The focus is on core concepts—variables, simple equations, and basic word problems—presented in a way that feels fun and accessible for a young learner. We’ll meet online, so please be comfortable using Zoom or a similar video platform with an interactive whiteboard such as Jamboard or BitPaper. Clear explanations, plenty of visual examples, and encouraging feedback are essential. Experience working with children is a must; the right tone and pacing will make all the difference. I’m looking for someone who can propose a short learning plan, conduct regular sessions, and give concise progress updates so I can track how my child is doing.
