We are looking for an Asterisk/Vicidial guru to create an agi/cti script.
The script should work as follows:
Based on Incoming DID (Direct Inward Dial) and Caller ID of the caller the call is routed to a particular agent.
Once the agent answers the call and confirms the customer details; the customer is
then transferred to a closer to finalize the call.
When the call is transferred; the customers caller id, customer record and a custom screen
pop should be transferred to the agent taking the transfer.
The agent from their agent dashboard as the ability to create a screen pop and attach that screen pop to the customer record based on an event; such as upon call transfer, incoming call, date etc
When the call is transferred to the agent receiving and closing the call; the agent should get the customer record screen just as if they were receiving a new incoming call directly; BUT with that customer record they should also
see the screen pop the transferring agent created.
If I am not mistaken vicidial has a similar script to transfer call with data over to a call. The script I believe is

This is a very important script so only EXPERIENCED Asterisk and Vicidial programmers are asked to bid.
To be considered for this job please describe in detail how you would go about transferring screen pop with customer record and how you would go about transferring callers original caller id with the record.
