The space is a one-bed/one-bath apartment, and I rely on a same-day reset so check-in can open by 3 p.m. I will FaceTime at the start of each visit to walk through any special notes, so a strong data connection and comfort with video calls are essential. Core tasks for every turnover: • Change all linens and towels and remake the bed neatly. • Thoroughly sanitize the bathroom and kitchen, paying extra attention to high-touch surfaces. • Restock consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, toiletries) from the supply closet on site. Supplies, detergents, and a lightweight vacuum are already in the unit; please bring your own cleaning caddy if you prefer specific tools.
