Entry-Level AC Technician Support

I’m looking for a reliable helper to work alongside my lead technician on a variety of air-conditioning jobs. You’ll assist with the full cycle—installing new units, carrying out routine maintenance, and tackling basic repairs—across window units, split systems, and larger central setups. Because this is a beginner-friendly role, I don’t expect you to arrive knowing every procedure; what matters is that you’re punctual, safety-minded, and willing to follow instructions closely. Day to day you might help lift and mount indoor or outdoor units, connect refrigerant lines, clean coils and filters, or swap out small faulty components under supervision. We provide all major tools on site; just bring sturdy work boots and a readiness to learn. Clear, professional communication is important to me. At the end of each shift I’ll ask for a brief update on what we completed and any issues you noticed so we can log everything for the customer.
