Our AI-driven software platform is ready to scale across India and Singapore, and I need a sales professional who can own the full cycle—from prospecting to closing—within the medium-sized enterprise segment. You’ll draw on solid, general sales experience to: • Identify and qualify mid-market leads, build a healthy pipeline, and book product demos. • Articulate business value to department heads and C-level stakeholders, tailoring ROI stories to each vertical. • Negotiate pricing and contract terms that satisfy both client objectives and our revenue targets. • Keep every touchpoint logged and forecasted inside a modern CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), delivering clean weekly reports. Key qualities I absolutely need: • Excellent communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • Practical experience with CRM software Success will be measured by the consistency of your pipeline reports, accuracy of forecasting, and attainment of the monthly revenue targets we set together.
