Hello, I am looking for a developer who is advanced in python and up to speed with and able to implement the latest in reinforcement learning.
PROJECT OVERVIEW ;
I have been working in devoloping ai and ml for financial implementation for the past year give or take. I am looking for a developer to join me in coding a fintech project. The project is ongoing with the end goal of becoming a startup. As the code constantly evolves based on new findings and ideas, I am looking for someone to work for a fixed rate paid bi-weekly for the forseable future. paid 'x' dollars per day, paid every 2 weeks.
DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS;
-Vast knowledge in ai, particularly reinforcement learning within python (heirarchical learning would be a great asset) ( or C++, C+)
-ability to code sophisticated deep neural networks
- ability to turn research papers and ideas into working code
- Able to communicate clear and concise in english
- be dedicated to the goal.

the details of the project i am not willing to discuss in great detail with candidates, i want to see your credentials and the developer that is chosen will be brought up to speed. as there is lots of ip and code already that has been implemented.
