I will supply the calendar slots, meeting links, interview framework and evaluation rubric; you bring interviewing expertise, solid Teams proficiency and an empathetic approach that puts people at ease on camera. Previous experience hiring for tech and business roles will be valuable, but an ability to adapt your style to different seniority levels matters most. Success is defined by: 1. All scheduled candidates interviewed on time. 2. Complete, well-structured scorecards that align with the rubric. 3. Positive candidate feedback on the interview experience.
