Upgrade AI Membership SaaS

We are looking for an experienced developer to upgrade and improve the membership system inside our existing AI SaaS platform. This is a one-time project. The platform is already live. We need help refining and upgrading the current membership logic and subscription structure. Scope of Work: • Review existing membership and subscription setup • Upgrade plan structure (Free / Pro / Enterprise, etc.) • Improve feature gating based on user plan • Fix logic issues related to usage limits or access control • Integrate or improve Stripe subscription handling • Ensure correct upgrade / downgrade behavior • Test edge cases (expired plans, canceled plans, failed payments) • Clean up and refactor related backend code if needed Tech Stack (example): • Backend: Node.js / Python • Frontend: React / [login to view URL] • Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB • Payments: Stripe • AI features powered by OpenAI API Requirements: • Strong experience building SaaS membership systems • Experience with Stripe subscriptions and webhooks • Solid backend access-control implementation • Ability to quickly understand existing codebase • Clean, structured coding style Project Type: One-time upgrade project.
