Our approach: two parallel pipelines feeding one comparison engine. Pipeline one: audio → Whisper with speaker diarization → LLM extracts structured commitments (who promised what, conditions, deadlines). Pipeline two: PaddleOCR for scanned contracts plus text parsing for electronic ones → clause extraction into the same format. The engine diffs oral vs. written and annotates the contract with flagged gaps and suggestions. PaddleOCR over Tesseract for far better Chinese text accuracy. Whisper handles Mandarin natively.
