This role is accountable for deploying scalable, AI-enabled marketing programs that connect products, parts, service, and channels into measurable commercial results. Overview The Marketing Lead – Strategy Deployment is responsible for translating marketing strategy into executed national programs for advanced screening, classification, separation, and material reduction equipment and processing lines. This role owns deployment across campaigns, digital platforms, and aftermarket systems, using AI tools to improve speed, precision, and commercial impact. Key Objectives Deploy national marketing programs that strengthen brand authority and drive demand. Build and scale a digital parts and service portal that supports aftermarket growth and channel enablement. Apply AI tools to improve targeting, execution efficiency, and performance measurement. Develop and execute national, multi-channel campaigns that position the company as a technology leader in material processing solutions. Core Responsibilities This role bridges strategy and execution, with accountability for turning marketing vision into deployed systems, campaigns, and platforms. It emphasizes ownership, coordination, and hands-on deployment rather than people management. Parts & Service Digital Platform Leadership Lead the strategy, development, and launch of a parts and service portal covering OEM and non-OEM parts for designated equipment product lines. Define portal requirements for multiple user types, including resellers, retail equipment dealers, and approved suppliers. Partner with IT, Service, Parts, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, inventory, pricing, and fulfillment systems. Establish governance for product data, parts compatibility, pricing tiers, and access controls by user role. Use AI tools to support intelligent parts identification, cross-referencing, recommendations, search, and predictive service needs. Strategy & Campaign Leadership Define and deploy national campaign strategy across priority industries and product lines. Translate equipment capabilities into clear, application-driven value propositions. Coordinate with Product, Sales, Service, Parts, and Engineering to deploy aligned go-to-market initiatives. Apply AI tools to support market insight, segmentation, content development, personalization, forecasting, and performance optimization. Ensure AI use improves speed, consistency, and decision quality while maintaining technical accuracy and brand standards. Content & Thought Leadership Oversee development of technical marketing assets: white papers, application guides, videos, webinars, ROI calculators, and customer success stories. Ensure content reflects real-world performance, applications, and regulatory considerations. Establish the brand as a trusted authority through data-backed insights and application-driven storytelling. Digital, Media & Demand Generation Manage national digital programs (search, social, programmatic, industry platforms) with AI-supported optimization. Optimize website journeys using AI-driven CRO tools, chat, and intent data. Build and manage lead nurturing workflows integrated with CRM and marketing automation. Measurement & Optimization Define KPIs tied to pipeline impact, not just activity (MQLs, SQLs, cost per opportunity, ROI). Use AI-powered dashboards and analytics to continuously test, learn, and improve performance. Present clear, actionable insights to leadership and sales stakeholders. Required Qualifications Proven experience leading marketing strategy and personally deploying campaigns, platforms, and systems into market. Demonstrated ability to operate as both a marketing owner and hands-on implementor, personally executing campaigns, platforms, and systems end-to-end. Proven ability to personally implement campaigns, platforms, and systems end-to-end without reliance on large teams. 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial equipment, manufacturing, recycling, aggregates, or heavy processing industries. Proven success leading national demand-generation campaigns. Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., generative AI, marketing automation, predictive analytics, media optimization). Strong understanding of complex, technical products and long sales cycles. Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience acting as a builder or implementor in lean or growth-stage environments. Experience marketing screening, separation, size reduction, or complete processing systems. Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) integrated with AI capabilities. Comfort translating technical data into compelling business value stories.
