AI Savvy Marketing Assistant Needed

Lumeneze is building a fast-growing AI platform focused on redefining how freelance work operates. We are looking for a highly proactive, tech-savvy Marketing Assistant who enjoys experimenting with new tools, especially AI tools, and can support day-to-day marketing, content, and growth operations. This is not a typical freelance gig. It is a long-term role with full-time commitment (5–8 hours per day). You will work closely with the founder and play a key role in marketing, brand building, and business development. What You’ll Do: - Research markets, competitors, and growth opportunities - Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms - Support content planning and content management across company and founder profiles - Assist with branding and positioning initiatives - Help with client communication and relationship management - Support outbound and inbound business development activities - Use various AI tools to automate workflows, content, and research - Continuously experiment with new AI and marketing tools Requirements: - Very comfortable using AI tools and constantly exploring new ones - Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new platforms and software - Strong research and organizational skills - Highly proactive, self-driven, and reliable - Good written communication skills - Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment Nice to Have: - Experience with marketing automation tools - Experience managing social media or founder branding - Familiarity with growth marketing, startups, or AI products Work Commitment: - 5–8 hours per day - Long-term collaboration preferred - Fully remote Who This Role Is Perfect For: Someone who enjoys building things in a startup environment, experimenting with new AI tools, and being deeply involved in marketing, growth, and operations.
