AI-Driven Google Business Profile Setup

I am launching a new venture and will be using my own company as the live case study. Step one is a standout Google Business Profile built from the ground up and super-charged with AI. Goals The profile must immediately lift local visibility in search and Maps, spark a steady flow of fresh reviews, and keep customers interacting with us through posts, rich media, and timely offers. Core Scope • Claim, verify, and fully optimize the listing—NAP, categories, attributes, service areas, everything that feeds Google’s local algorithm. • Produce an initial content calendar blending regular updates, photos / videos, and promo-driven posts so the feed never feels stale. • Integrate AI touchpoints: a lightweight chatbot for FAQs and booking questions, automated but on-brand review replies, and a predictive dashboard that turns profile analytics into actionable insights I can understand at a glance. • Provide clear instructions (or quick Looms) so my team can replicate and extend the system once this first location proves itself. Acceptance Criteria 1. Profile shows “Verified” status and passes Google’s completeness check. 2. Chatbot answers at least 15 predefined FAQs with <3-second latency. 3. Automated review responses cover positive, neutral, and negative scenarios while sounding genuinely human. 4. Analytics sheet or Data Studio report highlights key drivers of visibility and engagement. If this initial build achieves the targets, there is far more work ahead as we roll out additional locations and deeper AI layers.
