The moment a visitor finishes the appointment form, the system must launch an outbound call, greet the client, run a short open-ended confirmation dialogue, then write the results back to our database or email log. Because every site is already built—and each belongs to a different industry—your code has to be platform-agnostic: a small front-end trigger plus a backend (serverless function or micro-service) that I can clone and tweak per site. I’m happy with Twilio Voice, Amazon Connect, Dialogflow, or any stack you recommend, as long as the call fires reliably and the AI can handle free-form “yes, that works” or “can we do Friday at 3?” responses without falling over.
