Retell AI Outbound Agent Setup

I already have a polished outbound script and an active Retell AI account—the only piece missing is your hands-on expertise. In a single 1–2 hour Zoom session you’ll share your screen and guide me through every click until a fully-functioning outbound calling agent is live and ready to dial. Scope of the call • Build the agent inside Retell AI from scratch, linking each branch of my script so the conversation flows naturally. • Configure appointment-setting logic specifically for sales consultations, with automatic collection of name, phone, and email. • Fine-tune voice settings (I’m flexible on gender) and any AI parameters needed for a human-sounding delivery. • Run at least one real test call to confirm dialogue flow, calendar integration, and lead capture all fire correctly. Acceptance at the end of the session 1. The new agent appears in my Retell AI dashboard, ready for outbound campaigns. 2. I receive concise written notes or a quick recap video so I can replicate or tweak the setup later. If you’ve previously built Retell AI or Synthflow AI agents, this should be straightforward.
