Outbound Voice AI Scheduler

I need an outbound voice AI that can pick up the phone, speak naturally with customers, and lock in service appointments without human involvement. The bot should dial leads from a list, confirm the customer’s need for our service, offer available slots pulled from an online calendar, secure the booking, and then push the confirmed appointment back to our CRM while sending the customer a confirmation SMS or email. Core flow • Call initiation through a voice gateway such as Twilio • Speech recognition and NLU (Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, Rasa, or similar) to understand the caller’s intent, handle clarifying questions, and gracefully manage “I didn’t catch that” moments. • Text-to-speech that sounds human; Google WaveNet, Amazon Polly or Microsoft Neural voices are fine as long as latency stays low. • Real-time calendar look-ups (Google Calendar or Outlook) to offer only truly open slots, then write back once a slot is chosen. • Webhook or REST integration that posts the booking plus call transcript and recording to our existing CRM. • Escalation to a live agent if the caller requests something outside the bot’s scope or says “operator.” • Simple dashboard or log file for me to audit call outcomes, cancellations, and failure reasons. Key requirements – Conversational accuracy sufficient to achieve at least a 90 % completion rate for straightforward bookings. – Clear, version-controlled code (Git) with install notes so my in-house dev can redeploy if needed. – Everything working end-to-end in a staging environment within two weeks; sooner is better because we listed this as ASAP. Deliverables 1. Fully operational outbound voice bot deployed on my preferred cloud account. 2. API/CRM integration scripts and documented endpoints. 3. Written test plan plus sample pass/fail results from at least 20 trial calls. 4. Brief user guide covering configuration, adding new time slots, and updating prompts.
