So I'd keep those for the end and put the rebuild and the paywall early, so your payments stay tied to work I actually control. I use Claude Code and Cursor every day. They're quick for the React Native conversion and for wiring up Firebase OTP and RevenueCat. Rough order I'd go in. Native rebuild first, Android and iOS build ready. Then the backend work with SERP API, proxy and pagination. Subscriptions and admin panel after that. Loom walkthrough at each step, in Urdu or English. Urdu works fine if you follow Hindi. Rebuilding in React Native means most of your business logic and component structure carries over — the screens get rewritten, the logic largely doesn't. That is why React Native, not Flutter: Flutter would mean rewriting everything from scratch in a language your existing code doesn't share. Same result, more time, more cost. Your Flask backend stays. Adding SERP API, a proxy for geo-blocking, and pagination is backend work that doesn't require touching the app. The change I'd argue for: split this into two phases. Phase 1 is the app conversion, OTP login, and RevenueCat paywall — that gets you a native app that earns money. Phase 2 is social automation, admin panel and the AdSense website. Reason: the paywall is what starts revenue, and the automation script is the piece most likely to break in ways that need ongoing attention. Shipping revenue first is better for you than shipping everything at once and finding a bug in the payment flow while the auto-poster is also misbehaving.

Hi I went through the scope and I would rather be straight with you than just agree to the number. What you have listed is six separate products: a native rewrite, backend rework, auth plus RevenueCat, a posting bot, an admin panel and a website with AdSense. AI tools do speed up writing code. They do not speed up App Store review, RevenueCat sandbox testing, proxy reliability or debugging an existing Flask backend. Two items will eat weeks on their own: Social auto posting. Instagram and TikTok do not allow casual programmatic posting. Stable posting needs approved API access, otherwise it keeps breaking silently. Entitlement. RevenueCat should stay the source of truth, with Flask verifying through webhooks before it returns Pro results. Client side checks are quick to build and get bypassed within a week. One more thing worth asking. If the Capacitor app is already live, a full rewrite may not be the real fix. Usually two or three heavy screens cause the lag. I would rather inspect first and tell you honestly than bill you for a rewrite you may not need. My quote is one lakh, milestone based, each phase tested on your device before payment. Loom walkthroughs in Hindi or English are included so you can manage it yourself later. I use Claude and Chatgpt. But, it cannot substitute human judgement and review. Regards Shweta
