I’m a Health & Benefits consultant and I want to turn Microsoft Copilot into my always-on teammate. The immediate priorities are clear: set up agents that (1) prospect new companies, (2) craft multi-step email cadences aimed at CFOs and CHROs, and (3) analyze prospect data so I can walk in with cost-saving insights. I already have a CRM in place, so your recommendations need to plug smoothly into that environment and keep data flowing between Copilot, the CRM, and my inbox. Here’s the flow I have in mind: we meet on MS Teams, you walk me through best-practice architectures for each agent, help me pick or build any supporting tools, then we iterate until the whole system runs end to end. Along the way I’ll rely on you for shortcuts, prompt engineering tips, and any scripts or connectors that will make these agents faster, smarter, and easier to maintain. Deliverables • A documented setup plan for the three priority agents, including integration steps with my CRM • Working prompts/scripts or low-code workflows that I can import directly into Copilot • A live MS Teams session (recorded) where you demo each agent, explain maintenance, and field my questions Once those pieces are in place we can explore additional agents for RFP responses, industry research, and pitch personalization, but the focus to start is prospecting, email outreach, and data analysis.
