Job Description:

[login to view URL] is hiring a Director of Digital Sales & Marketing. This Candidate should be from North, Central, and/or South America, and is required to have a minimum of 8 years experience dealing with B2B | B2C Digital Sales and/or Marketing.

[login to view URL] is a division of Retail Marketing Solutions LLC “RMS”, a Global Technology | Branding | Marketing | Talent Recruitment Agency throughout North | South America, Europe, and Australia.


Candidate MUST BE Highly Experienced with Digital Sales & Marketing. Candidate will Consult | Guide | Manage our Management Team to implement, maintenance and manage:

1.) Internal Global Digital Marketing Strategy

2.) Pre-Enrollment Sales & Consulting Process

3.) Customer Onboarding (Pre-Launch) | Maintenance &

Management Subscriptions (Post-Launch)


Candidate is "Part-time" to start, turning into "Full-time" position after the 60-Day Probation Period. During "Part-time" period, Candidate works no more than 15 Hours per week.


Internal Global Marketing Strategy (Setup & Launch)

1.) LinkedIn Lead Generation Platform and Campaigns

2.) Local SEO Citation Management

3.) Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, Pinterest, Yahoo & Rumble)

4.) Bulk Email Marketing - Acelle (Use LinkedIn Lead Generation Platform - CSV Contact Lists)

5.) Technology Talent Platforms (Upwork, Fiverr & Freelancer)

6.) Business Networking Platforms (Alignable, Meetup & BNI - Business Networking International)

7.) Base SEO Strategy

8.) SEO Strategy

9.) SEM Strategy

3.) Marketing Department Management (Personnel | Resources)

Candidate must have an Entrepreneurial | Management Mind-Set; only understanding, that Responsibility, Self-Awareness, Accountability, Determination and Strong Leadership is an absolute requirement for this position. RMS needs to ensure the Candidate’s Experienced Skill-set, Trustworthiness, and Business Integrity meets ALL RMS’ Qualifications.
