Rough and Clean 2D Animator in ToonBoom Harmony for a Short Film

I'm looking for an experienced 2D animator with expertise in ToonBoom Harmony to help me with a short film that I have created. It is in a cartoon style using humanoid characters. The film is animated on 2s and is hand drawn (Not puppet animation).
The short film I have created already has a storyboard, script, and sections of rough animation. It follows a world famous super spy as she sneaks in the shadows and fights crime! Searching for talented and excited animators to bring her adventure to life!
The film has a maximum of ~ 3:30 seconds of animation, Though the amount of this runtime you would be tasked with completing is negotiable. The animator should be comfortable using PREFERRED TOON BOOM HARMONY ADVANCED) (Or CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX), and understand creating an animation from start to finish, both roughs, cleans, color, and cel shading to ensure the quality of the film is at a high standard.
The final deliverable I am looking for would be a 4K .mov file of the drawing which has been made using vectors, and the ToonBoom Harmony project file / folder itself
