Intro. and Outro. for Video

I'm looking for an Intro. and Outro for my video. I have 2 After Effects Glitch Template clips in my attachments. I pretty much want an identical copy of the clips instead with different words.
For the Intro. I want it to say "MainStream Manipulators"
(Without the quotations though.)
I want the "MainStream" word above the "Manipulators". Like this:
MainStream
Manipulators
The duration of the Intro. can be the same as the attachment, about 6 seconds.
For the Outro. I want it to say the exact same thing "MainStream Manipulators" but then, I want it to disappear and follow with additional words. Those words being "Like" and "Subscribe" (also without quotations). So it says "Mainstream Manipulators" then that disappears and transitions to "Like" and then that disappears and transitions to "Subscribe".
The Outro. duration can be relatively the same as the attachment, about 8 seconds. If it goes a couple seconds longer that's fine.
The Font style can be the same. The Font size can relatively be the same (maybe slightly larger). I want the Font to occupy the center of the screen like in the attachments.
The static-like sound I want to be virtual identical to the clips I shared. I want the Intro. that you create to sound like the Intro. attachment. I want the Outro. you create to sound like the Outro. attachment.
The same with the visuals. I want the glitch effect for the words. Again pretty much identical to what you see in the attachments
I hope this is descriptive enough. This would be greatly appreciated.
