Highlight Glows created in After Effects for a HD Video

Project: Add glows to highlight parts as they are being described in the video. (7 items - plus one or two more) YOUT MUST BE WILLING TO BUILD THIS IN AFTER EFFECTS AND SHARE YOUR AE FILE WHEN COMPLETE. We also need the all of the work to be completed by Monday, 11/20/17 at 10 am PST. Composition settings would be: 1920 x 1080 Here’s a video that has a similar effect to what we would like. You get the idea. We'd need video glows similar on 7 areas. The glows would animate on videos, not stills. I can provide High Res Videos once work begins.
