I’m a first-time Kotak customer, so the job covers everything from confirming which KYC documents the branch or online portal will accept, to guiding me through the application form, to making sure I complete the video KYC (or in-person visit, if that proves faster) without hiccups. You’ll clarify any fees, minimum balance requirements, and digital banking features before I submit, then stay available until I receive official account activation from Kotak. I expect clear, step-by-step support, screenshots or screen-share where helpful, and quick responses if the bank requests additional paperwork. I am having multiple bank account So I know the process along with how to deal with the bank employes too. I have account in similer bank account IDFC too which has almost 100% same process. Can you please confirm you city and the account type you want to open and the budget that you are planing to maintain if it's gonna be saving account ?
