We are seeking a skilled videographer/content creator to create 3 videos for our recruitment advertising campaign on linkedin. The campaign is targeting both recent college graduates and experienced professionals in the accounting industry, so the videos should appeal to both audiences. The style of the videos should be a hybrid of corporate and creative to showcase our company culture and appeal to remote workers. The desired video length is between 30 seconds to 1 minute. Ideal candidates should have experience in creating recruitment videos and be able to work collaboratively with our team to bring our vision to life.
I would like the 3 videos to be themed together so I can run them all simultantously and so people get to see a few different ads once they are engaged on one of them online. I have attached a video that I created (I am no professional so would like something that has similar messages to this, but far better quality and impactful. It should continue with my brand theme however, purples and the logo. The rest please use your creativity to propose something unique. I am trying to lure high performing accountants away from the mundane office environment to a flexible remote work organisation with great benefits.
