YouTube Video Editing Needed

I have a steady stream of raw footage that needs to be shaped into polished, engaging YouTube content. Each video will vary in length, but most sit between 8-15 minutes once edited. I’m looking for someone who can: • Cut and pace footage so the story flows smoothly and viewers stay engaged • Add on-brand lower thirds, transitions, and royalty-free background music where appropriate • Balance and clean up audio, then colour-correct and grade for a consistent look • Deliver a final 1920×1080 MP4 ready for immediate upload, plus the editable Adobe Premiere Pro project file All work must be done in Adobe Premiere Pro so I can seamlessly pick up and adjust files later if needed. If you already incorporate basic motion graphics or have a quick turnaround system for YouTube creators, please let me know—that’s a big plus.
