I’ve already captured all the raw footage for a short vlog—final runtime will sit comfortably under five minutes—and now I need an editor who can polish it into a smooth, professional-looking story ready for both Instagram and YouTube. Here’s what I’m after: trim the clips so the narrative flows naturally, balance colour and exposure, even out the audio, add a subtle lower-third or two, and lay in royalty-free background music that won’t overpower my voice. Transitions should feel seamless rather than flashy; think refined rather than hyper-energetic. To make distribution easy, please deliver two exports: • YouTube-ready 16:9 MP4 (1080p) • Instagram-friendly version (either a square 1:1 or vertical 9:16—whichever you recommend for Reels/Feed), keeping the core content centred. I’m comfortable if you work in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar—just share the final project file alongside the renders so I can make minor tweaks later if needed. Acceptance criteria: the final videos meet platform specs, play through without jarring cuts, colour or audio issues, and overall give that smooth, professional finish that lets the storytelling shine. All footage is organised in a shared drive and ready for you to download as soon as we start.
