This is a remote, ongoing engagement with consistent weekly deliverables. Key Responsibilities Review long-form video content provided via YouTube/Facebook links Identify relevant and impactful segments independently Edit and produce short-form videos (45–90 seconds) in Hindi Add subtitles, background music, and basic visual elements Ensure clarity, continuity, and audience engagement Deliver content within agreed timelines Scope of Work Only source links will be provided as input No pre-identified clips or scripts will be given Editors are expected to handle content selection, structuring, and editing end-to-end Deliverables 8–10 reels per week Duration per reel: 45–90 seconds Language: Hindi (mandatory) Selection Process (Mandatory Submission) Applicants are required to submit a sample reel based on the following source video: Source Link: [login to view URL] Task Requirements: Create one reel (45–90 seconds) Include subtitles and appropriate audio Ensure the clip conveys a clear and meaningful message Submissions without this sample will not be considered.
