I’m assembling a lean, fast-moving content unit here in Navi Mumbai and need a versatile video shooter-editor who can take an idea from storyboard to upload. The immediate focus is thumb-stopping Instagram ads, so you should be comfortable thinking in 9:16, pacing cuts for mobile viewing, and riding the latest Reel trends. What the role looks like You’ll work freelance, part-time, or full-time—whatever arrangement lets you consistently deliver polished short-form ads. I handle overall campaign goals; you handle the visuals and, because I’ve asked for help with both storytelling and scripting, you’ll also help shape the hook, write the snappy copy, and guide on-set direction. Gear & skills you’ll bring • Your own camera kit, basic light set-up, and a clean audio solution • Pro-level command of Premiere Pro or Final Cut (CapCut is a plus for quick iterations) • A reel or portfolio demonstrating that you’ve shot and edited social ads, not just long-form pieces Weekly deliverables • 3–5 fully edited Instagram ad spots (15–30 sec each) • Color-graded, sound-mixed masters plus vertical-optimized captions • Editable project files and raw footage backup I shoot mostly in and around Navi Mumbai, so being local enough to travel with your gear is essential.
