I produce a steady stream of property-marketing footage here in Tirupati and I’m ready to hand the editing to a dedicated professional who can give each clip a cinematic, dramatic finish. The primary workload is Real Estate Promo videos; other social-media pieces such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts may follow once we have a smooth rhythm. What I need from you • Edit raw walkthroughs and drone shots into 30-90 sec highlight reels that feel like mini-movies. • Apply smooth transitions and tasteful motion graphics so every cut flows. • Perform advanced colour grading and other professional effects to make interiors pop and exteriors look vibrant. • Weave in background music and spot sound effects that elevate the viewing experience without distracting from the property. • Deliver both horizontal (16:9) and vertical (9:16) masters optimised for web upload. Toolset & workflow I’m comfortable sharing project files in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects, and I’m happy if you prefer CapCut or a similar platform as long as the final export is crisp and artifact-free. Please let me know which software you’ll use so we can align on project files and LUTs. Location & collaboration Being Tirupati-based is a big plus; it lets us meet on-site for occasional shoots or quick asset transfers. Remote editors are still welcome if you can keep turnaround times tight. What to include in your proposal • A link to 2-3 real estate or comparably cinematic edits you’ve completed. • Your per-video or per-project rate and typical turnaround time. • Confirmation of the tools you’ll use and your current availability.
