Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photoshop Designer to spearhead our retail packaging projects. You will be responsible for creating high-impact designs for non-woven shopping bags used by various retail clients. The ideal candidate understands the balance between artistic flair and the technical limitations of printing on fabric. Key Responsibilities Concept Development: Create original layouts, logos, and branding elements for diverse retail sectors (Groceries, Fashion, Electronics, etc.). Print Preparation: Prepare "Press-Ready" files, ensuring correct color separations, trapping, and bleed margins. Technical Optimization: Adjust line weights and font sizes to ensure legibility on textured non-woven materials. Client Visualization: Create realistic 3D mockups of bags to help clients visualize the final product. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure colors (Pantone/CMYK) match the physical ink output. Required Skills & Qualifications Expert Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop (Required), with a strong preference for candidates also skilled in Adobe Illustrator (for vector-based logos). Print Knowledge: Deep understanding of CMYK vs. RGB, dot gain, and how ink reacts to porous surfaces. Typography: A keen eye for bold, readable fonts that stand out in a retail environment. Speed & Accuracy: Ability to handle multiple client revisions while maintaining strict attention to detail. Languages: English,Telugu Preferred Experience Previous experience in the Packaging or Textile printing industry. Portfolio demonstrating a mix of minimalist branding and information-heavy promotional designs.
