Modern Campaign Logo Design

I need a clean, modern logo for an upcoming campaign that will instantly read well on everything from lawn signs to social media headers. The palette is fixed: a dark-blue dominant tone paired with a lighter blue accent. I can share exact HEX codes once we start, but feel free to suggest subtle tints that keep the dark blue in the lead. The logo should be Anthony Vaughn for Judge.
