Minimalist PDF Invoice Design

I need a clean, minimalist-style of mutliple invoices laid out directly as a ready-to-send PDF. The file must clearly display our company details at the top, followed by an itemised section where I can list products or services, and a concise payment-terms block. I also use the same form as a flight and hotel booking invoice, so space for itinerary references and booking numbers has to fit neatly beneath the itemised list without breaking the overall layout. Please build the invoice so I can reuse it: all text fields should remain editable in Adobe Acrobat or any standard PDF editor, and the structure has to hold up when I drop in different line items or longer descriptions.
