Informational Service Brochure Design

I need a clean, two-sided brochure that clearly presents our service offerings in an engaging, easy-to-scan layout. The piece is purely informational rather than overtly promotional, so hierarchy, readability, and a balanced mix of text and visuals are key. I already have a logo and a defined colour palette; beyond that, I will rely on your design eye to establish consistent typography, spacing, and any supporting graphic elements that feel on brand. Once we agree on a direction, please prepare press-ready PDF files (CMYK, with bleeds) as well as the editable source file you create them in—Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is fine. I have a word document with all the information that needs to be included as well as an example of an old brochure. A short feedback cycle with at least one revision round will help us polish the final piece. If you can also supply a downsized RGB PDF for email sharing, that would be appreciated.
