Black polo shirts are the catch here. If the logo has any gradients, shadows or thin pink strokes, white and pink on black can look different from the artboard, and embroidery needs solid shapes. So I'd check the AI file first for live text, effects and stray white boxes behind the artwork, then swap the colours on the original vectors without touching the layout.
