Convert PNG to Vector Artwork

I will send you my existing PNG design and need it professionally rebuilt in Adobe Illustrator so I have a clean, fully-scalable .AI file ready for T-shirt printing. The artwork must match the original look but please resize a few elements for better balance on a shirt if needed, no other changes are required. Once the vector is complete, export a high-resolution, transparent-background PNG so I can preview it quickly and share with my printer. Deliverables • Layered .AI file in CMYK, sized for standard adult T-shirt front (12" wide unless you recommend better) The final AI should be 100 % editable, with paths neatly organized and no stray points or raster pieces.
