We are looking for a highly detail-oriented freelance Formatting & Layout Specialist for long-term collaboration to professionally format translated documents—primarily in Microsoft Word—with precise mirror formatting. The role requires accurately replicating the original layout, structure, fonts, spacing, tables, headers/footers, and pagination to produce clean, client-ready files, often for official or semi-official documents. Advanced Word skills (including styles, section breaks, alignment, and table formatting) are essential, along with reliability, efficiency, and strong attention to detail. Experience with translated documents and AI-assisted workflows is a plus. This is a project-based opportunity with ongoing work for the right candidate. We offer $3.00 per page or compensation on a per-project basis. Quick turnaround is required, as projects are often needed ASAP.
