I have a steady flow of client-facing documents that need careful updates every week. Most files arrive as PDFs and the bulk of your time will be spent refining or replacing text while ensuring every page complies with my established style guide for fonts, spacing, colours and placement. When required, you’ll also open source Word versions or jump into Photoshop to adjust embedded graphics or layered artwork, then export everything back to clean, ready-to-share PDFs. Here’s how we’ll work together — I post a brief each week outlining the specific changes, reference the style guide, and share any supporting assets. — You return the revised PDF (plus the updated Word or PSD when applicable) within the agreed window, keeping live text fully editable and file sizes reasonable. — I review and sign off or note tweaks; quick turnarounds and tidy version control are essential. Acceptance criteria • All requested text edits applied accurately. • Visual consistency with the supplied style guide. • No broken links, missing fonts or rasterised text. • Final PDFs optimised for digital distribution.
