PDF Certificate Signature Transfer

I have two certificate PDFs for the same qualification: an outdated version that carries the original handwritten signatures and a clean, up-to-date template that lacks them. I’m providing a scan of the handwritten signatures, and I need them composited neatly onto the new certificate so it looks as though it was signed originally. While you’re in the file, please also change the printed wording from “Part 1” to “Part 1-3” because the other two physical certificates have been misplaced and I need this single document to reflect completion of all three parts. I’ll send you: • the old signed PDF, • the new blank PDF, • and the scanned signature file (PNG, 600 dpi). You’ll return a press-ready, flattened PDF that matches the current certificate’s layout, colour profile and resolution, with the signatures in their exact original positions and the revised text professionally typeset. No visible artefacts, drop shadows or mismatched fonts—just a seamless update suitable for official use. If you work in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop or another comparable tool, that’s fine; I just need the final PDF plus an editable source file in case small wording tweaks are needed later.
