NeighborNest is building a nationwide network of service professionals including cleaners, movers, handymen, and home service workers. We are looking for remote recruiters / market coordinators who can help us grow our workforce in different U.S. regions using social media and community outreach. This role focuses on recruiting workers through Facebook groups, Reddit, and other online communities. You will act as a local coordinator helping workers join our platform and begin receiving work opportunities. Responsibilities • Post in Facebook groups and local job communities • Recruit cleaners, movers, and home service professionals • Respond to comments and messages from interested workers • Guide workers through onboarding • Help assign workers to dispatchers once approved • Build relationships with professionals in your assigned region Recruiting Channels You will primarily recruit through: • Facebook job groups • Reddit communities • Local gig worker groups • College communities • Neighborhood platforms Worker Opportunity Workers you recruit typically start around: $20/hour after tips Top rated professionals typically earn: $25 – $34 per hour After completing 200+ hours of work, high-performing professionals may also: • Subcontract work • Manage small teams • Provide direct quotes to clients • Take larger jobs How Recruiting Works You recruit workers online Workers create an account on our platform They apply at: [login to view URL] Dispatchers review and approve them Workers begin receiving jobs What We're Looking For • Comfortable using Facebook groups and social media • Strong communication skills • Able to respond to messages and guide workers through onboarding • Organized and reliable Experience with recruiting, community management, or gig platforms is a plus. Location Remote. You may be assigned to help recruit workers in one of the following regions: New York New Jersey Pennsylvania California Georgia North Carolina Washington Delaware Connecticut Compensation We offer flexible arrangements including: • hourly pay • milestone pay • bonuses based on successful worker onboarding Details will be discussed with selected candidates.
