That means a brief, friendly call a few days after each quote to note questions, gauge interest, and schedule me for any technical discussions when required. I can provide call scripts, an online phone system, and login credentials for the CRM. What I expect back at the end of each day is an updated database, a call log with outcomes, and any hot issues flagged in the comments column so nothing slips. Accuracy, clear spoken English, and the confidence to call homeowners or property managers are essential. If you already know tools like Pipedrive, or even just Google Sheets that’s a bonus, but I’m happy to train on our setup.
