In a period of 3 years, starting on January 1st 2022, 45.000 busstops need to be inspected, equally over time and fully digital.
From each busstop several pictures will be available, including 360-degree pictures.
We estimate 3 to 5 pictures for each busstop.
Each busstop has about 35 items to be inspected. Most items require yes or no as a answer.
Some items require to open a pull down menu. 'Don't know' is also a answer.
Correctness of answers is important and involves pay out, including penalty's or bonus. To be decided during process comming weeks.
We expect 1 busstop will take about 10-20 minutes netto, meaning +/- 11.250 man hours netto spread over 3 years. We expect people of level "1st line customer service" to do the job, english speaking.
Social securtity standards according EU-law will be applied and count as knock-out criteria. We as a client have every right to terminate the contract immediately if the intended quality is not delivered.
High level management, training and quality control will be provided. Daily management to secure production and requested quality leveld is part of this request.
We expect to offshore this part of the project to a low labour country. Several selection rounds can be held to select a final supplier. Interested parties can express their interest by replying and answering the questions underneath:
• Have you done a similar project in the recent past? Please give small a discription and if appliable, ellaborate on the reliability standards you had to meet.
• Can you provide the range of hourly rates for operational work and daily management, we can nagotiate in between?
• What is the height of your company its liability insurance?
• Where will the work been done?
• Which measures can you take to garantee ongoing production?
• Where is your company registered?
• Was your company, or one of its directors involved in crime?
