What matters most is that you stay attentive through the night, write and speak clearly in English, and timestamp every action so the hand-off at 6 AM is seamless. A reliable internet connection is a must, but this is a remote job and does not require any in person support. A background check with your local authorities will be a requirement as part of the job.
