I’m happy to train you on local real-estate procedures, but you should already know your way around basic leasing terms and the typical flow of a residential sale so you can speak comfortably with clients who call in. What I ultimately need from you each day: • an up-to-date appointment schedule with any changes flagged for me, • completed or forwarded paperwork filed correctly in the CRM, • call notes entered before you log off.
