I’m juggling several overlapping projects and I’d like to hand the day-to-day details to someone who loves structure and can keep everything moving without constant supervision. Here’s what’s on my plate that you’ll immediately step into: • Resource creation – you’ll turn my rough notes into polished guides and tutorials, clear spreadsheets or reports in Google Sheets, and eye-catching Canva or PowerPoint templates that look on-brand and ready to publish. • Website upkeep – inside my WordPress and Wix sites you’ll upload new resources, moderate the members-only group, and schedule pre-written blog posts while quietly weaving in affiliate links where I’ve flagged them. • General organisation & admin – inbox triage, forwarding or drafting replies, quick chat responses, light research to back up blog topics or product ideas, plus routine social-media scheduling. Video clips may arrive later; if you’re comfortable trimming and captioning them in Canva or CapCut, even better. I’ll provide brand assets, SOPs, and a shared Google Drive. You’ll keep our Trello board updated so I can see what’s pending, in progress, and done at a glance.
