I am seeking a LOCAL freelancer in or near Unicoi County, Tennessee to assist me with organizing and decluttering my home office. This project requires in-person support. I am not looking for remote or virtual consulting services. Over time, I have accumulated a mixture of personal and business-related paperwork, including: Household bills and financial documents Medical records and insurance paperwork Business documents and meeting notes Correspondence Miscellaneous printed materials My goal is to: Sort all papers into clear, logical categories Identify and securely dispose of unnecessary documents Use the simple, sustainable filing system that I have (colored folders, categorized labels, etc.) Organize documents so they can be easily located when needed Create a more functional, clutter-free workspace This will be a collaborative process — I will be present and involved in decision-making as we sort. Qualifications: Detail-oriented and highly organized Trustworthy and professional Comfortable handling sensitive financial and medical paperwork Able to work efficiently and respectfully in a private home office Prior office organization experience preferred Because this project involves personal and confidential materials, the selected freelancer will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before beginning work. Project Scope & Scheduling: This project will likely require several hours and may be completed over multiple sessions. I am somewhat flexible with scheduling and can work around weekday availability to a reasonable degree. Life and business have both been busy seasons, and paperwork has built up accordingly. I’m ready to tackle it with the right kind of practical, respectful support— not judgment.
