Freelance Executive Assistant & Project "Fixer" Location: Remote (Must be a Thai National based in Thailand) Commitment: Part-time / Flexible (Starting with a 2-hour trial) Helmet Heroes Thailand is looking for a sharp, high-energy Thai National for a flexible freelance role with a massive upside. We are a high-impact social organization providing TIS-certified helmets to school communities across the country. This isn't a "data entry" gig. We need a resourceful professional who can act as a bridge between our Founder and Thai-based businesses If you perform well, this role is designed to scale into a full-time role.. The Mission You will support us by handling high-level outreach and logistical tasks that require professional-grade Thai and English communication. Tactical Outreach: Picking up the phone to move projects forward when emails go ignored. Vendor Management: Sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers (printers, logistics, etc.). Professional Liaison: Communicating via LINE and Email with businesses. Social Impact: Helping coordinate efforts that protect the lives of children across Thailand. Who You Are Thai Native Speaker: With fluency in English. The "Founder Mindset": You are proactive. You don’t just report problems; you solve them. Tech-Forward: Comfortable with digital tools and eager to use AI to speed up your workflow. Highly Organized: You can manage your own time and hit deadlines without being chased. Trial Phase: The First Task We value execution over talk. The first engagement is a 1–2 hour paid trial to complete the following: Agency Outreach: Call a marketing company on our behalf to follow up on unanswered emails and secure a partnership meeting. Procurement: Contact multiple Bangkok-based printers to secure and deliver competitive quotes for a specific print job. Why Work With Us?
