Our NDIS practice needs its back-office running smoothly, so I’m handing over three core areas: document control, client scheduling, and billing/invoicing—everything completed through PRODA. Day to day, you’ll keep participant files current, answer or place phone calls, and stay on top of email and written correspondence so nothing slips through. I already have a basic digital filing structure in Google Drive, but it’s scattered; you’ll reorganise it, label records consistently, and make sure each interaction with a participant is captured against the right file. When a client phones or emails, you’ll log the contact, update their notes, and—if needed—adjust their upcoming appointments in Calendly. Invoicing happens weekly: download service data, prepare the invoice, submit it through PRODA, and confirm payment status. Accuracy and confidentiality are essential, as every activity must align with NDIS compliance requirements.
