Busco incorporar de inmediato a un agente de Backoffice que trabaje de forma presencial en nuestras oficinas de Palmanyola (Mallorca) de miércoles a domingo, con contrato hasta el 31/10/2026. Qué harás • Gestionar documentos físicos y digitales, archivándolos y manteniendo los registros al día. • Atender a clientes por teléfono, correo y de manera presencial, asegurando una experiencia ágil y cordial. • Brindar soporte administrativo al resto del equipo: preparación de informes, coordinación de agendas y seguimiento de tareas. Habilidades imprescindibles • Organización y gestión del tiempo para manejar varios procesos simultáneamente. • Comunicación efectiva, clara y profesional con clientes y compañeros. • Capacidad de resolución de problemas para encontrar soluciones rápidas y precisas. Conocimientos técnicos requeridos • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Experiencia previa con sistemas CRM; valoraremos tu familiaridad con cualquier herramienta de gestión de documentación. - Dominio del frances y del castellano Lo que ofrezco • Incorporación inmediata en un entorno de trabajo estable. • Horario continuo de miércoles a domingo. • Puesto presencial en Palmanyola con contrato hasta finales de octubre de 2026.
