I need an organised virtual assistant to take over the day-to-day administration for a small team of allied health professionals. The single biggest pain point is processing incoming referrals; right now everything is logged using electonic forms, then manually entering and assigning clients into our team calendar. Beyond referrals, you will also handle front-line customer queries (mostly email and phone messages), keep several clinicians’ calendars up to date, manage digital filing of reports and treatment notes, data entry and place occasional equipment orders with our suppliers. We are still using a document based workflow for referrals, so familiarity with PDF editing and cloud storage tools will help you streamline things while we move toward a more digital system. I’ll provide clear SOPs, referral templates and direct access to our shared inbox and calendars.
