All-Round Remote Business Assistants

I need two proactive assistants who can keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while I focus on growth. Your core responsibilities will span three areas: • Administrative support – you will enter data, keep records current and well-organized, and jump in on any other admin task I assign. Accuracy and discretion with spreadsheets, cloud docs, and basic online research are essential. • Customer service – you will monitor our shared inbox, respond promptly to inquiries, provide product information, and de-escalate occasional complaints with a friendly, solutions-oriented tone. Experience with email or chat support tools will make this easier. • Social media management – expect to draft and schedule posts, engage with comments or direct messages, and flag anything that needs my attention. Success for me looks like: data is logged without errors, customers feel heard and helped, and our social channels stay active without my constant oversight. Clear written English, solid time management, and the ability to follow written SOPs are must-haves.
